[Versiunea scurtă aici ] Descriere atacurilor raider din Republica Moldova și a dosarelor fabricate contra victimelor acestor deposedări de proporții, Viorel Țopa, Victor Țopa, Vladimir Morari și Răzvan Paveliu. 1. Fenomenul atacurilor raider " Atacul raider " e o formă de crimă organizată, săvârșită de un grup de procurori și judecători sus-puși în complicitate cu raiderul (beneficiarul raptului) în scopul devalizării proprietarilor. Mai simplu, atacul raider este o modalitate de furt al proprietăților. Exproprierea se bazează pe decizii judecătorești simulate, luate în baza unor acte fabricate, fără ca victimele jefuite să aibă vreo cunoștință despre aceste " procese de judecată ". Pentru imitație, dosarele judiciare sunt împodobite cu citații netrimise, contracte false, datorii inventate și acte semnate de reclamanți inexistenți sau offshore-uri anonime.
